Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with CV Fennec. If you are not, write to destek@getfenek.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, the purchased access ends immediately. Refunds are available once per customer.
Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid month.
İade Politikası
CV Fennec'ten memnun kalmanı istiyoruz. Memnun kalmazsan satın aldıktan sonraki 14 gün içinde destek@getfenek.com adresine yaz; soru sormadan paranın tamamını iade ederiz. İade Polar tarafından ödeme yaptığın yönteme, genelde 5–10 iş günü içinde yapılır. İade yapıldığında satın alınan erişim hemen kapanır. İade hakkı kişi başı bir kez kullanılabilir.
Pro abonelik istediğin an iptal edilebilir; iptal sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur, ödenmiş ayın sonuna kadar erişimin sürer.
