Nurse CV for the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar)
Hospitals in the Gulf hire thousands of nurses from abroad. Recruiters first check your licence status, years of experience and speciality – put them at the top.
Licences and attestation
- You need a licence from the health authority where you will work: DHA (Dubai), DOH (Abu Dhabi), MOHAP (other emirates), SCFHS (Saudi Arabia) or the Ministry of Public Health (Qatar).
- Licensing usually means a computer-based exam (often through Prometric) and primary source verification of your documents through DataFlow.
- Most authorities expect at least 2 years of recent clinical experience after graduation.
- On the CV: “DHA eligibility letter (valid until 03/2027)”, “DataFlow completed”, “Prometric exam passed”.
